Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. 

Order Shipment:
Once we process the charges to your credit card, your item will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will e-mail you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they(it) arrive; if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to contact@myhangingchair.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped we will refund you your full purchase price. Orders that have already shipped will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Return Policy:
All of our products ship factory direct, so each vendor's return policy applies.

Cacoon Return Policy:
We are very happy with and stand behind all the products we sell and are confident that you will love them as well. However, Cacoon's are non-refundable unless damaged

Cancellations are accepted for orders that are canceled before the item has been shipped.

In case you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately at (888) 216-7587. We do need items that arrive damaged to be shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase. Proof of transportation damage or of a manufacturing defect, and proof of purchase are required.

Product Guarantee
The pride we take in the durability and quality craftsmanship of every one of our products allows us to guarantee them for manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year of normal use (unless otherwise stipulated). In the event of a defect in manufacturing, all costs incurred, including return shipping will be our responsibility.

If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason and want to return or exchange it, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. Your returned product must be unused and in new, resalable condition, and be returned in its original packaging (excluding returns due to manufacturer defect).
